That journey taught me how much power there is in knowing your body, advocating for your wellbeing, and creating rituals that nourish you from the inside out.
Over time, this space has grown — just like I have.
Good Living with Mae is now a place where I explore flavorful, grounded, and soulful living, especially as a woman navigating life after 40. It’s where I share real food, simple pleasures, and thoughtful reflections — while still holding space for the hormonal health conversations that first brought many of us together.
